"Do you want me to leave?" // "I'm sorry I called you at 3AM. I needed you." // "Stay the night. Please."
Kace looked up at her and shook his head. “What? No. No I don’t want you to go. Sorry if I look a little disheveled. I stayed late last night at the lab. But thank you for bringing me these...please, come in.” Kace hadn’t expected Sophie to show up so early with treats but he was glad she did. He thought about her constantly since their first date. Once she was in the boy shut the door behind her. “I know you took time out of your day to come and you have the shop but...” And then he crossed the space and kissed her.
"I'm sorry I called you at 3AM. I needed you."
“Hey...it’s okay.” Hunter yawned loudly and he knew Taryn could hear it through the phone but he didn’t care. “It’s okay. I’m here.” He had met his sister’s babysitter a few months ago and now she was his favorite person besides his baby sister. He spent all of his free time with her so her calling him at three in the morning was not a big deal. “Where are you? I’ll come get you and we can talk.”
"Stay the night. Please."
Nick didn’t know what to say to Cassie. He knew he should tell her no, tell her that fate had already decided that she was meant to be with someone else, but he couldn’t do it. Cassie was ingrained in everything he was. Her heart beat within him and there was nothing he could do to change it. “Cassie...” he started, his usual cold facade softening. “I want to...but...” He sighed. She knew as well as he did that he shouldn’t. Yet, he followed her inside her house and up to her room. This was the stupidest thing in the world and it was going to hurt like hell but he still did it because he was irrevocably in love with her.
