And also thanks to @forbiddenarchives​, @stardust-musings​, @joi-in-the-tardis​, @huntedwitch​, and @batfullobelfries​ for your kind replies to my post.  It seems I no longer understand how (or maybe it’s no longer possible) to do a reply-to-a-reply on a post, unless I do it right away when the reply first appears on my dash.Thanks also to everyone who simply “hearted” the post. It was cathartic to write it all down, and it helped me become more able to talk to some IRL people about it. I feel less of a mess now. The offspring and I are planning a trip to visit my mom in the spring. (It is totally amazing, by the way, when your children turn into adults who can give emotional support as well as receiving it.)

THANKS!!! it feels like a lot. i almost never write things this fast so it’s an experience and i’m gonna be so tired at the end of the month!!

and @rbooknerdk: 3.5k is also amazing!!! keep it up and there’s PLENTY of time to catch up. you know we’re all going to be writing like crazy when we’re up against that deadline at the end of the month :))
