As for an update, they accepted the offer!!! We will be doing a survey (detailed boat inspection) on Friday. The surveyer actually did one on the Hans Christian about five months ago but he didn’t find anything that was a deal breaker for us personally. So we are probably looking at our forever boat!! Whooo
