The Hunter trilogy was so good! I don't particularly care for dragons so I kept moving it to the bottom of my #tbr but it's more of a futuristic/post-apocalyptic urban fantasy! Worldwide war opened a rift to the Otherworld and let in creatures of legend. But, to pacify the population, the war between humanity and the monsters is turned into (edited) reality tv and the magic-using human warriors have to fight for ratings at the same time as they fight for their lives.
