WELCOME TO SEASON 2 || #AOSREWATCH!
We are so excited to be heading into the second season of our re-watch!
The AoS Re-Watch is a place where each month of the hiatus (aside from December), we will be watching episodes of SHIELD and Tweeting, posting on Tumblr, and basically creating as much buzz as possible! We’ll also be hosting a slew of fun activities, so look out for those!
Why? This hiatus is incredibly long (we are going on the notion that season five will begin in January of 2018), and we all love watching the show…so, why not watch it again?!
We encourage you to create:

Multi-episode parallel gif sets
Fan Art
Write a missing moment
Write a meta about a varying aspect in a episode
Write a review of an episode
+ Any other fan creation you think of
Seasons 1-4 of AoS can be found on Netflix. We also encourage you to watch check out the seasons on other popular streaming services such as Amazon, iTunes, or some other legal streaming network (such as Hulu)!
WHEN AND WHAT:
We’ll be posting the viewing schedule by month, with the next month’s schedule going up the day before the start of that next month (i.e. September’s will be posted on August 31). Above you will find this month’s schedule and can take a look at all of the dates and episodes we’ll be watching. As a reminder, this schedule is by no means something you have to follow. It was simply created to ensure that all seasons and episodes are accounted for, and so that some activities are easier to host! If you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!

RENEW AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.

All of these ideas originally stemmed from @shieldsil, so thank you very much! The idea is for you to send ABC/Marvel some letters/ask about why you love @agentsofshield! Basically, we’re trying to make noise about our favorite show to get it renewed for a fifth season! Below you will find several different options on how to contact ABC/Marvel:
1. Send a “feedback” form to ABC. To do this, fill out this form and tell ABC why AoS means so much to you and why you love it! Below is a screenshot reminder for some of the switches you’ll need to make to the form!
The first thing you will be prompted to do is to “select your issue.” Make sure to choose “abc programming feedback.” Fill in your information (international folks, be sure to scroll to the bottom for the international option), pick Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and for Subject, choose “I like this show because.” Type in your message, and then hit submit!
2. You can also Tweet ABC with similar messages at:

As with any tweet, it will be best to @ mention the AgentsofSHIELD account and to use the hashtag, #RenewAgentsofShield. Another great way to directly interact with AoS is to comment and share things via the AoS Twitter account as well as their Facebook page!

3. Feel like writing an actual letter? Here’s your chance!
Send in a letter to Marvel and let them know how much you love AoS! To do so, be sure to address the letters to the following:

4. If calling is more your thing, you can also help the show out that way! Thanks to @panicatcivilwar for the explanation on this (you can find the original post here!) Below are the steps to do so (I double-checked all of these, and these are the correct numbers, no need to wait for all of it to be voiced out for you!)
Dial the number 818-460-7477 (within the USA, add +1 at the beginning if dialing via an international cell phone) to get to “Audience information department”
Press 1 for “ABC television network”
Press 2 for “leave comment”
Press 2 for “prime time shows”
Enter 744 for “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”
Leave your message for up to 30 seconds and then simply hang up!
5. Send in fanmail! If you want to send in fan mail, this too is another option! The ABC site did not offer a specific production company address for AoS, so you can simply send fan mail to the general address below:

7. WATCH the show! I know many of you are international and cannot watch LIVE, but if you are able to do so, PLEASE do so (and be sure to tweet your excitement while watching)! Other options include rewatching the show and streaming the episodes, especially via ABC!

“And for all international folk about the Live Watch: While Live Watch isn’t possible for us (unless you somehow can get ABC from your TV provider) we CAN help with the DVR numbers by watching it on official streaming sites (most prominently iTunes and Amazon) as soon as they are online. I get my episode on Amazon usually less than 12 hours after it aired live :D (the record until now this season has been 5 hours after it aired!) The season pass is usually around 25-30 dollars and a single episode is between 2-3 dollars. If you can afford it in any way, it’s definitely worth it. Great quality and no ads AND your views are getting noticed by the PTB :D”

Easter Egg Eggstravaganza!
One episode into this third pod and we’ve already been gifted with a plethora of Easter Eggs (and it’s not even actual Easter yet!) In order to get everyone involved and to help one another spot these fun little bits, we decided to create an Easter Egg (google) sheet where each of you can contribute!
All of the credit goes to @the-nerdy-stjarna who came up with the idea and helped to perfect the document!
What it is: This doc is a place for all of us to list possible or definite Easter eggs and throwbacks to previous seasons in the Framework arc. For scenes or quotes, it would be helpful to list the episodes in which they occur!
