The scene where Huo Yi finally goes off the deep end and starts eating his children (and his servant) is seriously one of my favourite parts of the whole series. I love that evil bastard, the more over the top he acts the better.

Y'all Xing Jiu is so full of shit when Xing Gui agreed to help Yuan Ji so that she could save her brother.
Like boi, when the war was just starting, you literally agreed to help Huo Yi to kidnap and kill Ka Suo THEN agreed to manipulate all the other chiefs to agree to be on Huo Yi's side.
Like, I know it was less brutal than, Xing Gui literally trying to kill the entire Ka Suo gang whilst they were in Snow Mountain but, come on Xing Jiu is just as bad as Xing Gui
Tbh, Xing Gui might even be a little better since she immediately forgave Xing Jiu and never thought anything bad of him when he tried to save her and make Huo Yi the ruler of the 3 realms, like she still loved him and knew that he was only doing it to save the person he loves most
