Jebal Samhan in Dhofar is a mountain that rises dramatically more than a 1000 meters above the Indian Ocean. The *2017 Husaak Jebal Shams Challenge* Are you ready for the biggest adventure of 2017? @husaak Adventures is hosting an EPIC experience for true adventure seekers: the Jabal Shams Challenge on *April 27-29* Whether you are a beginner and would like to experience the beauty of nature at your own pace, or a competitive spirit who aims for summits, this will be a fun experience for all. This is a chance for people of all ages and fitness levels to walk up Jabal Shams at their own speed with the presence of experienced Husaak guides. *There is a prize of $1500 for the first male and first female to reach the summit point* *This challenge is open for families and children starting from 8 years+* For more information please visit www.husaak.com/challenge Jabal Shams is the highest peak in the Arabian Gulf and is well maintained, marked, and considered one of the safest treks in the area.
