An inhuman symbiote needs a host to survive, and a human womb makes an excellent home. This gives a cute perma belly. But when they go into heat the host needs to find another member of their species to crawl inside with them and let them mate together and lay eggs inside their safe environment in the host (bonus if the symbiote species are hermaphrodites).

Now, the way this ends after the eggs are laid for incubation is the mate could exit again or the symbiote settled in the host eats them. Ultimately, the eggs are going to hatch in there and the host will have to push out the live young.

Oh, this is a clever idea. It works really well, whether the host is a willing carrier or not.

You've got the initial implantation of the symbiote, followed by the need for a second symbiote to crawl into the host's womb to reproduce. The host may or may not notice the symbiotes mating and/or one of them potentially eating the other. Then the host is filled with eggs that grow and hatch, before the host gives birth to the resulting offspring. All these things lead to lots of delicious opportunities for growth, movement, sexual stimulation, and the process of giving birth.

The best has to be the last trimester right? Especially really close to the due date. Their belly so swollen, their body literally overflowing with life and milk and so visibly claimed. Especially when there's a hint of them being so big they need some help all the time, adding that bit of dependence on the one who made them that way~

Dreamy sigh. I love all trimesters, but the third is by far my favorite for these exact reasons. Everything about a pregnant person in this state just screams of their fertility, and it's riveting in such a primal way.

You're right that the added dependency brought on by their increased size and the miraculous burden they're carrying is a particularly wonderful perk. I desperately want to be able to coddle the person carrying my offspring.

What's great about this idea is that there's not necessarily any sex involved. It might speed things along, but ultimately, a pregnancy can just spawn into being without any influence (other than whatever caused the plague).

Doesn't matter who you are, where you are, if you've got a partner, if you feel like you're ready to have a baby... the baby factory is gonna be turned on with no way to turn it off, and you'll just have to deal with it until somebody finds a cure.

An impregnation scenario I've been having a lot of fun with for a while is somehow attracting the affectionate attention of some sort of otherworldly being, having a lot of abstract wet dreams about being dominated by an unseen force that speaks inside your head, and waking up pregnant for reasons that don't make sense to you, because those were just dreams, they shouldn't have real consequences, right...? But their dreams only get better and better as the eldritch thing contacting them loves to spoil their little pet while their unearthly spawn grows in them.

Or, a fun reversal, an eldritch being so infatuated with a human being it takes a human shape to let the human being dominate and breed them, excited by the novelty of pretending to be weak and submissive when they've been treated as terrifying and powerful all of their ancient and endless life, and then being confused and scared when their new humanoid form starts feeling strange symptoms and growing increasingly round in the middle and they can't change back, or make it stop. But their human is so excited... taking care of them so well... gifting their pretty otherworldly pet a collar and maternity clothes... maybe they like this better than being scary.

Both scenarios are a lot of fun, but for some reason, the second one is really resonating with me today. The thought of an incredibly powerful eldritch being diminishing themself to undergo such a primal human experience—and unexpectedly liking it—turns the usual trope right on its head.
