Baking-My AntiDrug

I love baking so much. It relieves of the hell of school, family, work, and everything in between. I could spend the whole day in the kitchen making crap (I have done that here and there lol) and just be happy as hell listening to music and making a mess. You don't have to worry about stupid things like lab reports, papers, presentations, drama, dealing with stupid customers, and such. I get to work on my own time. I am the boss, and it's my art - nobody else can touch it (well, unless you're a baker or cook yourself!). Sometimes while I'm in class I will daydream and think about some freaking awesome cupcakes I could design, or what kind of cookies I'll bring to the next meet. I was beyond ecstatic to learn how many people were delighted by my cookies (and they were SIMPLE! Really!) at the last furbowl, and why I'm not a baker...it's not that I don't want to be, but for right now, it is my anti-drug. I don't drink, I don't smoke, I bake. Yeah, sounds pretty gay, but who cares? It makes me happy. It gets me the hell away from the s*** I get from school. Heck, if I didn't have to go to class today, I'd probably make a cake or design something to be made for Easter. I love it. *sigh* Anyways, back to doing schoolwork I have to catch up on.
