what havent i talked about yet. oh right hvs

basis: marcel moves into an apartment with a roommate who goes by the name atticus, and they learn to get along and then one night marcel walks in to see him on the floor bleeding. he passes out and when he wakes up he finds out atticus is a vampire now who's formed a "blood link" with him so basically if atticus doesn't want to burn his throat he has to drink only marcel's blood

a vampire girl shows up and introduces herself as alethea and ends up being a mentor to atty so he can learn how to be a good vamp. meanwhile marcel makes friends with a gang member named takashi, who's a werewolf. eventually they find out alethea is like the queen bee to all the vampires in the area and she wants to use them to open a portal to another world where the vampires are originally from

marcel also has a childhood friend named reina who eventually joins takashi's pack, and alethea's right-hand man is dominic

arc 1 is about the intros of everyone and the settling in to the new lifestyle, arc 2 is about marcel, atty and takashi vs alethea, arc 3 is about atty taking over as new "king" and marcel and takashi going into the other world in pursuit of alethea, and the final arc is about the other world's king !!
