Hwayoung and Jongin had been talking for what seemed like hours at the bus shelter, snuggled up in that jacket of his and she truly felt happy at that moment. The two of them had barely known each other but in those hours they spent together, they knew more about each other than before.
The girl and him were just talking about the rain as the conversation died down, both leaning against the cool glass behind them. “It’s soothing.” She commented, stretching a little as she listened to him. The boy had become so much more interesting to her. He was nervous and shy a few hours ago but now, he was acting as if they had known each other for ages.
Jongin had his arms around her waist, much more comfortable than before and she had her hands on top of his own. The both of them were very close at this point and almost invaded each other’s bubbles, not that either minded at this point. Hwayoung felt relaxed with him and didn’t even notice the storm dying down or the nighttime approaching quickly.
"It’s getting late, you know." She mumbled, looking at him. He had his head rested on her shoulder and by the silence between them, she was wondering if he was tired. To her surprise, he was fast asleep. He seemed so peaceful while sleeping. She shifted a little but his arms around her waist tightened. Hwayoung just stare at him as he slept, confused as to what to do. Should she wake him or not?
"J-Jongin…You should go home to sleep." She whisper to him, pushing some hair out of his face. All she earned was a groan from him and he only snuggled her more.
"A little while longer, you’re cozy." He mumbled, making her blush slightly. With a soft nod, she relaxed again.
"Alright, but only a little while longer." She replied, chuckling a little. She didn’t know that they would be there for more than a little while……
