Hwei hugs like he's afraid of letting go, arms snug around your waist as he holds onto you. Breathing you in, committing you to his memory like he won't see you again ever.

His kisses are the complete opposite, soft, gentle, like he thinks you'll break if he's any rougher. Like you're the most precious thing and have to be handled with the utmost care.

Aphelios hugs you like he doesn't know what he's doing, arms awkwardly hanging around your waist, too unsure of where to place his hands. He eases into it after a while, resting his head against your shoulder, carefully holding onto you as you play with his hair.

I've seen some stuff about this (I say this casually as if I don't stalk the Hwei x reader tag) and it's like. YES Hwei is ABSOLUTELY a bottom. Not in the "Oh sweet baby boy needs to have someone guide him" way, because hes not submissive in that sense, but in the "will worship the ground you walk on and do anything to please you" way because:

1. Huge people pleaser. Rarely makes choices that benefit himself, only ones that benefit others

2. LOVES his significant other(s) too fucking much. He gets cuteness/love aggression, needs to make sure they feel cherished each walking second

So YES Hwei is into Praise. But CHECKMATE, he's praising YOU while you do what you want. He's neither really dominant nor submissive, he just settles into whichever role you want him to. (Also unrelated side note but I've seen that some people don't know that there's a difference between being a bottom and being submissive...? I thought that was common knowledge, bottom ≠ submissive ≠ the one who gets dicked down)

Also on that note, Aphelios is a soft dom. Very much like Hwei in the loving and caring sense, but likes knowing he has a certain power over your pleasure. Isn't all that much of a tease, though he won't mind if you beg for stuff a little.
