Here’s my entry for @hxhbb18 ! Its such a fun event with lots of great artist and authors. My fic was Killugon 3, which I believe is @patch-of-shore (can’t tag u for some reason??) I’m weak for sparring scenes 8)

I got to illustrate this beautiful Leopika fic in which Kurapika hires Leorio as an escort even though they have... history for the @hxhbb18 and boy did all my Leopika feelings hit me again like a freight train from the past. Please read this fic, the characterisation and writing style is great and it’s a superb take on a modern au! Also, thanks to the mods for organising this Big Bang! It’s always nice to see so much content for hxh again. <3

HxH Big Bang 2018!

Here’s my piece for the hxh Big Bang! I was given Killugon 13 for my fic, written by the wonderfully talented and generally amazing @decembercamiecherries! The fic was such a joy to read, and this was such a joy to draw. There were so many fantastic scenes, but I ended up choosing to draw this one. Once the fic gets posted, every single one of you should read it. Immediately. It’s beautiful.

While I wasn’t able to do as ambitious a project as I usually like doing because of school, I still had a good time visualizing a small scene in the fic that I really liked the mood of. An exhausted warrior sleeping the night’s fight off in a cosy corner~
