Prey animals don't belong in the military, everyone knows that. And if they are, it's usually as a medic. They aren't designed for combat, to survive the harsh realities that predators face out in the field.
So when Laswell informed the 141 that they were getting a temporary placement of a prey animal, they were against it. And not just any prey animal, no, you were a mini lop. A tiny rabbit hybrid with long floppy ears and a fluffy tail that would get in the way of fighting.
Price, a wolf hybrid thats ever so protective of his pack, snarls at the idea.
"They'll be a liability." Price snapped at Laswell, his concern for his team, his pack, overriding his better judgements.
"I would never endanger you like that."
"I don't care, I don't want them on my team."
"I think you're forgetting who's in charge here." Kate said, a threat thinly veiled in her voice. She's human, can't send the signals that hybrids can, but everyone knows when not to mess with her.
So here they are, standing on a tarmac, waiting for a bunny rabbit to exit the plane.
A hidden figure walks down the ramp, face covered by a hoodie, hands shoved in the pockets of their jacket. It isn't until they come to a stop in front of the 141 that Price realizes this is their bunny. He wants to sigh at the theatrics, but he can maintain some level of professionalism.
Hands come out of the pockets, little tuffs of grey fur visible as you remove the hood.
Everyone's eyes widen, and Soap and Gaz audibly gasps as your face comes into view.
Your ears are cropped, jagged edges that leave just enough of the ear for you to hear. Your mouth and nose are covered by a black medical mask, but everyone can still see the jagged scar peeking out by your left eye.
There's silence for a moment as you shift uncomfortably under their scrutiny. Price's wolf is howling at the obvious signs of distress, already accepting you as one of the pack and desperate to comfort you.
Finally, Price's speaks up, his voice steady despite his shock.
It had been a few months since you and Dylan started dating. You two have known each other since childhood despite your differences in species. You were a cat hybrid and he was a human. You had cat ears and a cat tail but despite that Dylan has never been mean or judgmental towards you in-fact he was way overprotective and slightly clingy. You didn’t mind it he must have been really lonely since he was a billionaire living in a huge condo. He has a lot of responsibility and choices to make. He was able to take care of you so when you moved in with him everything seemed to be good and natural. You didn’t mind it at all until you wanted to have sex with him. He instantly said no saying that he didn’t want to hurt you. You tried reassuring him that he wouldn’t hurt you but he kept refusing so you gave up. That is until you went into heat and boy was it intense. You tried everything. Humping your pillows, using the dildos and sex toys that Dylan bought for you but nothing was working so here you were playing with your aching and swollen clit.
Your boyfriend was in meeting so you couldn’t call and you didn’t want to bother him so you roughed it out. Your arousal coated your plush thighs and leaked from your aching hole. Boy did you wish he’d come home already. Tears of frustration and need flowed down your cheeks as whimpers left your lips as you continued to rub your clit. You then heard the front door open and there you saw him a worried expression on his face. Your brain was so fried that you thought you called out his name but you said something entirely different. “Daddy.. please fuck me. It hurts.” You pleaded as more pretty tears ran down your cheeks. You saw something shift in his eyes instead of softness there was something primal about his new expression.
He walks over to the bed and pounces on you. You feel his fingers glide over you overly swollen clit he applies a gentle pressure on your clit making you squeal as your tail wraps around his thigh. His other hand slides down and he uses his middle and ring finger to tease your entrance. He slowly pushes them inside you causing you gasp from the stretch that your own fingers couldn’t provide. “Don’t worry little kitty Daddy’s gonna help you feel better.” He whispered in your ear as he started to thrust his fingers in and out. You moan at the sensation the delicious friction of his thick fingers rubbing against your gummy walls. Finally after a few minutes of prepping you. He shed his clothes to reveal his manhood. He was pretty big way bigger than you anticipated but that didn’t deter you from wanting him. He climbed on-top of you and positioned himself at your entrance.
You groan in pain and pleasure as he stretched you out with his cock. Once he was fully seated he looked down at you with a smirk. “Hang on tight kitten this is gonna be a while ride.” Dylan told you as he kissed your cheek. He slowly pulled out and then ram himself back inside causing you to whine. He chuckled and then started to move in and out at a fast pace. The sound of skin smacking skin echoed through the room along side your moans and whines. You wrapped your legs around him to pull him in deeper. “Heh.. you’re such a cute little thing aren’t ya.” Dylan cooed as he pulled out and then rammed back inside causing you causing your plump belly to jiggle slightly. His pace went faster and faster you felt the tip of his cock kissing your cervix. Your nails dig into his back that will surely leave marks later but he didn’t care. As long as he relieves you of your heat that all that matters to him. He soon feels you clench around him. “Oh are you gonna cum sweetie? Come on cum for me now.” Dylan said as he kissed you swallowing your screams of pleasure as you creamed around his cock. He soon released his cum and painted your walls white. He pulled away and both of you were panting and sweaty. “Do you feel better now {name}?” Dylan asked her. “Y-Yeah.. much better but can we do again? I kinda feel like a need to bit more.” You said as a soft blush coated your cheeks. “Damn.. whatever you want sweetheart.” Dylan purred in a seductive manner.
Pt.2 to this. I'm sick, so if it's not coherent, don't blame me
"It happened a long time ago." You say, voice soft so you don't wake Gaz. He still sleeping on your couch, wound stitched and an ice pack strapped to the side of his head. According to Price, he'd fallen when he got shot and the blow to his head knocked him out. He was breathing and his pulse was steady, so you aren't too worried. Just needs rest and some TLC and he'll be right as rain.
"I come from a family of avians. Sparrows. But I had friends that were bigger, birds of prey." You smile sadly, "we were just having fun. We were 12, weren't using our heads." You'd had two friends, a peregrine falcon hybrid and a goshhawk hybrid...odd choice of friends for someone as small and fragile as a sparrow, but you loved them all the same.
"We used to play a game where I'd fold my wings back and let myself plummet, and one of my friends would have to catch me. I didn'tget to be fast very often, and hurtling towards the earth was so much fun to my child brain. We'd done it hundreds of times before and nothing bad had ever happened. But this time..." You trail off, worrying your lip.
"But this time?" Price prompt after a moment.
"He just...grabbed me wrong. I don't remember much of it. Just that there was this awful burning sensation and then I was falling uncontrollably. The next thing I remember was waking up without my wings." You reach back, unconsciously touching the scars. "I remember waking up and my mom just shaking her head as she held my hand."
"I was devastated, you know. Flying was so freeing. I didn't know how to to exist without that part of me." You sniff, wiping at your eyes, "but I got used to it. Learned how to navigate life without my wings. The nurses that helped me wwre incredible, and i knew that that was what I wanted to do."
"I'm sorry." Price says roughly, "thats..."
"Don't pity me." You cut him off, "I'm not sad. I mean, I miss my wings. I miss flying, I miss the connection. But my life is good. I love my job, I love working with you all. It's hard, losing a part of yourself like that. But it wasn't the end of the world."
You're not ashamed of your scars. You're not ashamed of the fact that you lost your wings. Honestly, the only reason you don't tell people what happened is because you can't stand the pity.
You meet Price's eyes, trying to communicate that. And he seems to get it.
Okay okay reader medic. Excuse spelling errors, will fix tmmr but i'm literally writing this as I go to bed. I'm gonna hit post and go to sleep.
The 141 is a team of hybrids, a close knit pack that no one can really get close too. You're the only medic they allow anywhere near them, and no one can understand why.
They don't typically like humans, can't scent them the same way they can other hybrids, but you're different.
A happy-go-lucky medic, too cheerful for the battlefield, in Ghost's opinion. Always treating them with a smile on your face, no matter how brusque they can be.
Disarmed them with your personality, that's what Price thought.
It wasn't until an undercover op went bad, and he had no choice but to drag Gaz to the only safe location he could think of, your house, an address he had memorized 'just in case', that he learned what they actually were sensing.
You threw the door open, eyes wide as Price drags an unconscious Gaz inside. You usher him to the couch, careful to avoid Price's anxiously-flicking tail.
"Lay him down."
"I have a first aid kit in the kitchen, can you get it?" You hear an affirmative grunt and then some rustling in the kitchen. You bend over Gaz, worrying your lips as you study the bullet hole in his side. It looks worse than it is, just a deep gash soaking his feathers with blood.
You hear Price stomp back towards you, and you hold a hand out expectantly for the first aid kit. Instead, you hear it crash to the ground.
You whip around, blood draining from your face as you realize where Price is staring. You had answered the door in your nightclothes, and visible on your back are two long, jagged, raised scars, clear and brutal evidence of where you'd once had wings.
Hmmm what about a reader that is a Golden Lancehead viper hybrid? A golden video is found at a very specific island where travel is forbidden, and have the most potent venom of any viper around.
So like you were poached off your island at a young age, and while your bite did end up killing the people that took you, you were still trapped on a boat, drifting aimlessly at sea.
The military found you after about a week but instead of returning you home i realized that you could be of great use to them. Your handlers wore specialized gear that your fangs couldn't pierce, and the punishments you received when you tried to bite quickly taught you to keep your mouth shut.
They referred to you simply as Viper, never deigning to learn your name. Eventually, you stopped trying to correct them. You were one of their best kept secrets, a soldier that could get in and out of almost anywhere, with venom that could melt the organs of your target within an hour.
So of course once their top task force was finalized, you had to be added to it. You were briefed on your teammates, John Price, a komodo dragon hybrid, Simon Riley, a human-turned wolf, John MacTavish, aEuropean Adder hybrid, and Kyle Garrick, an osprey hybrid.
It made no difference to you, who your teammates were. In the past, when you've worked with teams, they had not talked to you. You expected now to be now different. People feared, you feared what you would do if they got close enough for you to bite. As if you'd do anything without the go-ahead from your superiors.
Okay, if you were being honest, you were a little excited to meet MacTavish, or Soap, as they'd called him. You've never met another snake hybrid before. The last time you'd seen a snake hybrid had been over a decade ago, before you were taken.
The transport lands, and your tongues flicks out if your mouth excitedly, earning you a jab in the side from your handler. You glare, hissing at him.
"Can it, Viper. Wouldn't want to muzzle you in front of your new team." You huff, but shut your mouth. The door opens, and your handler shoves you forward, stepping out behind you.
A group that you can only assume is your new team is standing on the tarmac as you exit, waiting for you. Your handler steps in front of you, extending his hand to the one in the boonie hat, your new captain.
"Oleasure to meet you sir."
"Uh-huh." Price says, ignoring the hand and eyeing you critically, "this Viper?"
"Aye." Your handler gives you a dirty look, "careful with 'em. They like to bite." You hiss in protest, earning yourself another jab to the side. You hear another angry hiss in response, and you make eye contact with the Adder hybrid, Soap.
"Dinnae-" He starts, but the one you presume to be Ghost puts a hand on his arm, rumbling something you can't quite hear.
"That'll be all." Price says coolly. Without waiting for a response, he turns on his heel and gestures for you to follow, which you eagerly do without looking back. You liked this team more than anything you had in your entire life already, and we're eager to leave your handler behind.
You fall into step beside Gaz, tongue flicking in and out of your mouth. It makes you feel warm that he doesn't flinch away. So much trust, and you haven't even spoken to them yet. Maybe it's because they have another snake on their team. They know you don't mean harm. Whatever it is, you like it.
You hope this spot is permanent.
I wrote all of this on my phone, so any spelling errors are because of my fat thumbs
Hybrid!141 and a rival group that they keep getting into skirmishes with. It's a group of what looks like 4 human men and a dog.
Soon enough, this group is running into them on almost all of their ops. Which is concerning, because it means they are being stalked, but in the hunt for Makarov, no one really notices.
It's not until Soap gets a bullet through the arm that Price decides to do something about it.
Once the they put their mind to it, the 141 takes down this group pretty easy. 4 hybrids against regular humans? Not a chance. The only 'member' the struggle with is the dog.
It tears a chunk out of Gaz's scaly tail, and sinks its teeth into Simon's leg before Price manages to blast it off.
The thign yelps as its thrown through the air, hitting the ground hard and rolling to a stop.
Soap's hands are covered in blood from where he's frozen in trying to patch up Gaz as he stares at what's now lying 50 feet away. Price let's out a growl, tail swishing in surprise.
Hair, not fur, splayed out against the concrete, a thin arm, not a paw, bent at an unnatural angle...you weren't a dog. You were a shifter.
Price approaches you, gun in hand. You look unconscious, but he can't be too sure. He brows you with the toe of his boot, eyes widening as he flips you over. On your neck, a little implanted chip flashes red. He recognizes it from time spent in deep security prisons.
Its designed to stop people from shifting. In you're case, he realizes, it was designed to keep you shifted.
A/N: i don't know if this makes sense. It's just rattling around in my brain. I might write more when my brain works. Sorry, life is like super busy right now. I'm starting a new job and moving and lots of other stuff going on. I'll get back to 'consistent' posting of things that are actually chapters for my actual stories in september, when everything has mellowed out XD. Love yall!
Okay okay, yall know the unknown wolf hybrid post thing( i can't find the actual post to link it) by @rawme-price
Well what if you leave the team(obviously, you're not sticking around for that abuse)
And Soap had unintentionally formed a pack bond with you. So once they find out that you were a hybrid, he was desperate to find you, and apologize and the pain that had been in his chest since you left.
They spend months searching, but then Makarov shows up and the search party is called off.
Later, in a tunnel in the UK, they catch your scent.
You stand next to Makarov's right-hand side, eyes glinting in the dim light. You may not have the characteristics of a hybrid, but there was no doubting you were a predator now.
Soap apologized, begged you to come back. Said you could be part of the pack, that they'd treat you better. But you just shook your head.
You can smell the betrayal and hurt and guilt oozing from the 141, but you don't care. They didn't want you, so you found a master that did.
You didn't much care if Makarov was manipulating you or not. Didn't care that he was preying on your hurt towards the 141 and turning it into hate. He seemed to respect you and your instincts, and that was enough for you.
Maybe in the past, you would have craved the kinship that the 141 offered you. But now? Now, you've been burned one too many times to trust anyone like that again.
And as you shoot Soap off if Makarov, you direct your voice towards Price. "Shoulda read my file."
