wiiiip of my tadc sona/oc that's like. 98% done i want to say? the yellow parts of the lower arms are bothering me, like they're barren and i wanna add a couple more things, but i haven't figured it out yet T_T also i am. so sorry that the shoes do not look that great. u can probably tell i finished some shit up in ms paint rather than csp sdfgbfds.

ANYHOO!!! atm their name is joi :) they're based on one of those toy robots, as well as this really cute robot ddr mascot (*EDIT OH MY GOD I NEGLECTED TO MENTION THAT THE RADIO DISH PIECE WAS INSPIRED BY THIS RLY LOVELY PIECE BY CONNOR KEHELLY SORRY!!!). i wanted to make a character that i could sort of vent out my desires in regards to gender and appearance, but also something that i could have a ton of fun with. their voice claim is tbd, though maybe in the outside world they'd sound a little more like me? shrugs!!

some facts!:

the legs beneath their "pants" are similar to those robotic "accordion" appendages. maybe the toy/plastic cover pants help keep them straight while they skate around?

their chest screen is a tv that you can use for just about anything. and sometimes a microwave (??????). jax has absolutely tried to run doom on it (it worked???)

their bandages (as well as the cute face on their tail) are stickers, and can be alternated. if i wasn't worried about details and wanted to spend the time, i would've covered them in way more of these things (maybe i'll put more on their arms, as well as give them a little mega man classic buster design)

parts are sort of interchangeable, but not as flexibly so as zooble's

their voice always has a sort of robotic filter over it, and they can change it depending on what gender they're feeling (or what character they want to front when being theatric. they might be able to mimic voices?)

when they sleep at night, their tail plugs into the wall. they run out of energy fairly quickly even if they're charging all night, though :(

absolutely crushing on caine and zooble. probably managed to make good friends with zooble, though it's unknown if they ever spoke to them about their affections

in their early 30s?

when they first came to the circus, they thought they were having a crazy trip episode. it was a rude awakening when they sobered up/woke up later and realized it's 100% real, but unlike a lot of the other guests, they actually saw the circus as a great escape from their former life (it was very bad!!)
