Just walk me through it. Tell me what to do, I’ll do it.
“Are you nervous? It’s not too hard.” They laughed a little, but stared at the ground- in these spring months, Dia was feeling rather energetic, but there was no doubt in their mind that it was the exact opposite for the other, simply based on their constitution.
“Here, if they let the smaller ones rest on the bigger ones like this, it looks sort of like a crown, doesn’t it?” After they had lost their former partner, Dia tried desperately to distract themself with flower arrangements. After all, Rutile needed the various plants for their work, and Dia truly had nothing better to do when they weren’t on patrol. Without Bortz, there was a sort of void. It made them nervous. “If you let the bigger petals cover the smaller flowers, they can’t get sunlight, which isn’t good.”
' diamond, aren't you? you're almost as bright as snow in the sun. ' they're very pretty, it's a little distracting (more colourful than the snow / the white that comprises winter.) the warmer months are so colorful, the effort in holding themselves together is almost worth it to see something so bright.
“Yes, that’s me!” They’ve seen winter, snippets and flashes of snow and ice through drowsy eyes held back from sleep due to some delay or another, the occasional opening of their eyes to listen to the grinding and screeching of ice before the sound of it cracking drowns out the crystalline cries- but they’ve never once met Antarctite. Not personally, not with a deep conversation.
“How are you holding up, Antarc? It’s warm out.”
