Hi! How do you think about batgirl and the birds of prey rebirth? I don't like it because the ugly costume, illogical origin story..... It kept me from reading the whole comics. They even change her skin color I can't believe it's true. Her name is hel b but she's definitely another person. I'm so disappointed to read this story when I started to fell in love with this character. btw thanks for your blogs, they introduced hel from a right way. You're a great huntress expert.
Hi! I actually don't like Batgirl and the Birds of Prey. It doesn't feel like the same team and the fact that they kept the woman from Grayson as Huntress is so bad. She's basically a villain and there's nothing likable about her. Helena Bertinelli was a r*pe survivor and a teacher and she became the Huntress to protect people from living the same kind of life she did. And in Grayson she's telling Dick to suck it up when this creepy doctor is assaulting him or whatever and she's in charge of training young girls to become murderers and brainwashing them. She sounds like the kind of person Helena Bertinelli would fight against.
And the costume is so awful. Not everyone who uses some arrow-like weapon needs to look like Green Arrow.
But anyway, I didn't expect much from DC and they let me down as always.
