I had a long train trip, so I got doodling and thought I’d try my hand at an ensemble piece. Therefore, here we are: My attempt at the whole of Keith’s FMitS family. Thank you @the-wenzel for bearing with me with much patience whilst I hijack their story for drawing fun. ;)

Still Just About Holding It Together

First time in Galra uniform. Admittedly, I’m taking liberties with Galra armour design, and it was interesting trying to draw boots that fit hocks whilst still looking kind of like the boots in the show. 

Hyladra gives her friend a hug (Ch.20, Find Me in the Shadows by @the-wenzel) and I’ll be reading the new chapter tonight. ;)

Bonus ~ Hyladra helps her no longer not so alien friend walk with new joints in weird places

I got a notebook from a discount store which could supposedly take paints, but the pages are so soft it can barely take pencil, let alone anything wet, so I pencil sketched another little something from Find Me in the Shadows by @the-wenzel. I gave Hyladra a sort of bolero against the cold for when she’s semi off-duty.

Doodle of the Day: Hyladra takes a selfie with an alien friend 11/11/2016

My rewrite’s going kind of okay, so I relaxed with a bit of fanart doodling, although I probably didn’t have time for it. This is from Find Me in the Shadows by @the-wenzel which I’ll recommend for the lovely worldbuilding and representation of alien culture! 

...I also got a horrible feeling as I was drawing this that Hyladra was going to die. Just this horrible premonition. :O
