Frankenstein's Monster type gal decides she needs to be hyper, so she takes some experimental fluids. Turns out that her body being made of so many different donors makes each part react differently.
Her body starts swelling in an uneven, strange faction that fits her physiology. It's in her nature to look so different, but she had chosen the best body parts 'available' to collect for her hyper growth dreams.
