1: Do you try to stay away from walkthroughs?
Depends on the game. I don’t really feel bad about looking up Pokemon locations on Bulbapedia for example, or even Mega Man boss weaknesses. But for the most part, yeah, I avoid walkthroughs.

First one I remember clearly is S3&K.

Sonic?
why i like them: What can I say, he's one of my favourite fictional heroes!
why i don’t: Sonic needs more consistent characterization (which can be said of most of the cast really), although they seem to have gotten much better at that...sort of.
favorite game: Colours probably had my ideal Sonic, although tone down the jokes a bit. Generations had hints of that but there weren't that many cutscenes where he actually spoke/interacted (seriously, would it have been too much to ask to have him actually talk to his friends in the cutscenes where he's the one to rescue them??).
favorite line: Well there's always the time he basically said the catchphrase of the internet: "No copyright law in the universe is going to stop me!"
favorite outfit: ...Does his Excalibur "form"/armour count? That was pretty cool.
otp: With Blaze or Amy.
brotp: With Shadow and Tails.
head canon: It's a common(? as far as I've seen) fan theory but I like to think the Chaos Emeralds had something to do with his eye colour changing.
unpopular opinion: He's really not as much of a jerk as some fans accuse him of being. I think the only thing that he really needs to be called out on is apparently not spending much time with his friends between games ("long time no see!")
a wish: Simply change his sliding animation into one where he's rolling and I'll be happy. Also, don't get rid of the boost, I have way too much fun with that! (I'd survive without it of course, I just love that move haha)
an oh-god-please-dont-ever-happen: I hope they don't change his voice anytime soon. @_@
