About how long in-universe will the conference last?

Canonically, the Hyperion Conference will span the time of about a month to a month and a half. This includes the canonic events and side things in between each round.

so when it comes to the landing spot for central arimthea, how should the competitors landing there handle it since--as of right now--there's no clear reference? should we just not bother drawing our characters fully landing and just their parachutes deploying? previously when i asked this question, the stance was to wait for references, basically. sorry if this question comes off as annoying, i just don't want to mess up on my entry, haha

Sorry for the delay in the response time.

As it stands, the staff artists that have taken on the job have unfortunately been unable to handle getting the areas drawn up for reference. The only thing that we can offer up at this current time is this image that details some of the Endurance Park, which is the centre of Arimethea City.

Because of the rather unfortunate events that affect the artists on the task, we will allow the user’s interpretation with no penalties, and if you wish to avoid drawing landing in the city, that will be allowed as well.

if an app has already been posted, but you wanted to, say, add an accessory of some sort (just something simple) to a pokemon, would admins need to be notified of the change?

Aesthetic changes to apps (including, but not limited to, the Trainers and Pokémon) are fine and require no permission to change. Things that are not permitted, unless otherwise stated, are redoing move sets or switching Pokémon on your Trainers’ applications.
