kinda a non important post, kinda important, it’s mental health wise kinda, scroll if you dgaf
I have decided I will be using the self-coined term “Outwards Ouroboros” to describe my hyperviolent and feral urges.
this is due to the fact that I tend to want to tear my skin, bite or eat parts of myself, and others around me. This is violent urges, but not necessarily aggression, though it can develop into such. I typically get itches in my teeth, tensing of my jaw, and general “feral” urges
Anyone is free to use the term if you feel similar or have similar symptoms, but keep in mind I am no psychologist, and this is not a scientific term nor diagnosis
okay that’s all
