The rope he holds is black, coated with some kind of plastic that makes it water resistant. It was the one he could find that wasn't rough or scratchy on the surface.

Lee blinks slow, his heart beating a little faster at the sight of that rope being held by Piers.  But there was a good amount of trust between them, especially when it came to this.  His boss was already aware of his discomfort concerning restraints, but it seemed today he might come to more of a compromise.

“Yes sir.” Is all he replies with, sliding off that shirt and sitting up straight for the other, a light blush tinting those features.
