A Simple Hypnosis Self-test
Without the MK baby considerations, general-use MK can be described as a mixture of pharmacological and psychological means of manipulation used to control behavior in a tyrannical and destructive manner. Psychiatry, I'm looking at you here. Other means of reinforcing an MK system are through the use of repeated messages such as psychic driving, where a simple command is repeated ad nauseum. This is why sites like these as well as many others can cover so much material, because the symbols binding the messages are so often repeated, the wealth of material with regard to this subject is practically endless.
To test the susceptibility of a particular individual to the power of suggestion, there is a simple procedure that can be done with nothing other than the company of a trusted friend. This demonstration should last no less than five minutes, but no more than ten to avoid being tedious. Here's how to do it, courtesy of my own self-taught education regarding hypnosis and NLP:
Have your friend close their eyes and hold their arms out in front of them outstretched with their hands clenched, as if they were holding a bucket in each hand out in front of them. There must be absolute silence in the room, and your friend must be fairly relaxed, probably sitting and comfortable. Then, once this is established, begin with a script as follows:
"You are now holding two empty buckets before you. In your hands are the handles to them and the buckets swing freely, unobstructed. Right now, they are practically weightless, plastic buckets, but fairly large, so you must hold them away from you. Now I am going to take a pitcher of water and fill them."
Pause here, and continue going on about this process. Describe the heaviness that increases with each pitcher, using increasingly descriptive vocabulary to convey the sense of weight you are instilling in your friend's imaginary buckets. At the end, they will be full and practically unbearable, with the strain of the buckets on the brink of their physical strength. Improvisation is not encouraged here, but mandatory. The script above is only to provide a basic example of how to begin the demonstration.
At the end of the experiment, have your friend open their eyes and see where their hands are. This is their susceptibility to hypnosis, more or less. With the hands at the side, imagine the "score" to be around 100% or completely hypnotizable; held completely outright, that score would be zero.
A creepy, but valuable life lesson and far more beneficial than screwing around watching television.
I HOPE I DON'T ACTUALLY KILL PEOPLE IN MY SLEEP TONIGHT.
