#flashbackfriday to my 15th birthday when I received this #antismoking shirt. ⠀ ⠀ My teenage self was intensely opposed to cigarettes. You would catch me at bus stops coughing violently whilst gesturing at the #nosmoking signs. I even refused to date a real cutie because they smoked and when they said they’d quit for me I said “No. You can only quit for yourself.”⠀ ⠀ I have toned down my vehemence quite a bit over the years, but as a clinical hypnotherapist, it pleases me greatly to help people quit smoking.
