최현석과 최현진은 동일인물 입니다. 정확히 말하자면 쌍둥이 소실로 하나가 된 쌍둥이라고 할 수 있겠네요. 원래 쌍둥이 소실이 되면 한쪽은 죽어 한쪽의 장기가 되는게 전부지만, 최현석은 자신의 안에 동생이 아직 존재 한다고 진심으로 믿었습니다. 어릴 때 부모에게 관심을 받지 못하고 자란 것도 한 몫 했고, 그가 반사회적 인격장애라 타인과 공감대 형성이 어려운 인물인 것도 한 몫 했습니다. 현석의 그 굳은 믿음이 그의 제2인격, 즉 동생을 만들어냈습니다. 그의 몸 안에 있는 최현진은 그가 스스로 만들어낸 인격입니다. 동생이 존재한다면 이런 성격 이었을거라고 굳게 믿은거죠.

해리성 정체성 장애가 생긴 현석은 스스로 동생과 같은 몸을 공유하고 있다고 생각했습니다. 그래서 혼자여도 외로움을 느끼지 않았고 동생의 존재에 위로를 느꼈습니다. 밝고 활달한 자신과 내성적이고 지적인 동생, 둘의 인격으로 비로소 온전히 하나가 된다고 생각했습니다. 당연하게도 다른 사람들은 이걸 받아들이지 못했지만, 그의 튼튼한 멘탈은 주로 동생의 존재로부터 오기 때문에, 그리고 그 인격장애가 따지고 보면 그의 사회생활의 버팀목이 되어주는 셈이었기 때문에 특별히 치료받지 않고 있습니다. 흑계경호에서 팀장으로 근무할 정도로 사회생활에는 특별히 지장이 없고 인격장애로 인해 스스로 위해를 가하는 일도 없었으니까요. 어쩌면 여타 다른 인격장애와 달리 안정화가 된 케이스죠.

결국 그는 말하자면 쌍둥이이자 혼자입니다. 동생과 몸을 공유한다고 생각하기 때문에 감각이 붕 떠있고, 이 때문에 통각장애가 일부 있어 통각을 제대로 느끼지 못합니다. 감각이 아예 사라진건 아니지만 큰 통각을 뇌로 전달하는 세포가 일부 망가져 자신이 피곤하거나 부상을 입었어도 자각하지 못하는 경향이 있습니다. 세상에 장애가 몇 개야 아주
