Please tell me, oh wise Holli, my friend from the internet, why 7 little words sung by an attractive, angry pirate continue to run endlessly through my head? Perhaps the singing spell has spread as I seem to burst into snippets of song at random moments. Have you any advice??

Kath I believe in logic and the only logical explanation for this madness is that Colin O’Donoghue is himself magical. I have long suspected him to be half-fairy but I am now willing to admit he might be a full blown wizard of some kind because, HONESTLY, I just can’t stop watching it and singing!

And I wish that I only had the 7 words running through my head. My brain keeps insisting on trying to sing the WHOLE BLOODY SONG (today it did it at 6 am which was fun). Of course the problem is that I don’t yet know it that well and keep mixing up the verses.

I think the ONLY solution is to learn the entire thing by heart and sing it over and over until my brain finally tires of it. That is assuming that the spell can be broken that way and that my brain will tire of it...
