Basics of Digital art

Hey everyone! I want to try creating a step by step tutorial for how to create digital art (on Photoshop)

I have some question for beginners or artists who want to try out digital art: what are some questions/confusions that you have about digital art as a medium?

Some common questions I've seen so far are:

- what drawing tablet should I use?

- how do I color from black and white?

- how do I create the background for my art?

What other questions do you have as a beginner in digital art?

Should I go through the useful Photoshop tools I commonly use for my art? Should I go even more basic and explain the Photoshop layout and interface and basic functions first for those who are completely new to Photoshop?

And what problems do you face that makes you feel unsatisfied with your digital art? (E.g. You don't want your lines to appear rough? You don't know how to blend your colors? Etc)

Twitter??

Aight guys I'll be honest

I don't know how to use Twitter lmao

I mean. In tumblr it's clear. If I "like" something, my followers won't be able to see or at least, it won't be in your dashboard

If I reblog something, it will appear in my followers' dashboard.

But in Twitter,

If I like something, my followers will see it on their dash. If I retweet or "retweet with comment" something, they will see it on their dash. If I reply, they will also see it on their dash.

Why are there 3 different options then?? What's the difference??

Also, how do you comprehend the notifications? Any update from the people I follow will appear in my notifications. But those will appear on my dashboard anyway, so why must they notify me in my notifications? And also, where do I find the notifications for people's interactions with MY tweets? Where do I go to find the notifications if someone commented on my tweet or something??

Everything is so confusing. Please explain to me how people use Twitter and its functions??
