{ I've always had a bit of a problem connecting to Marlo- but he plays a VERY big part in my game. He's Alli's contact to the council (most of the time) and while they are not on the best of terms, Marlo looks up to Alli- and has since even before he became a vampire.
He took a deal with a fae to trans his gender a while back, and hasn't been the same since. He refuses to take a break, and continues to overwork himself. }
Speaking of social events. Jiwon might have a problem with Hanbin attending them (especially if their relationship is not out yet) Coz Hanbin is a looker. A lot of people in both gender will notice him and will attempt to start a conversation or just touch him outright. Haha
I actually wrote about this. Jiwon goes from proud to possessive real quick. I can’t tell you how many times Jin needs to rush in like, “No….no…we don’t punch CEOs Jiwon! Even if they’re hitting on Hanbin.”
“But he’s TOUCHING his arm!”
“He’s just being friendly.”
“No, he’s not! He’s got a wife! And kids! What’s he doing flirting with Hanbin anyway. I’m going over there. He can meet the business end of my fist…”
And Jin’s pulling him back with one of those long suffering sighs. “Cameras everywhere Jiwon. Calm the fuck down.”
Poor Jin. So much work for him haha.
eleven facts.
@eveningflares tagged me in this 11 facts meme the other day, so here we go!
RULES: Tell your followers 11 random facts about yourself, and tag 11 people in return. Tag backs are allowed, but you mustn’t repeat any of the facts you mentioned previously. The facts can be absolutely anything! Whatever springs to mind.
okay i have literally no idea where to go with this so let’s start with the obvious:
I just started a new job this month! I’ve been job searching since march 2015 (temping since september 2015) so this was a huuuuge thing for me. Also, my new boss is crazy (but also amazingly kind, so it works).
I’m currently writing a paranormal-y murder mystery with @proserphone! It’s very exciting and I am enjoying it very, very much.
There is little I love so much as curling up with a book or two and a cup of tea in one of the old, wingback armchairs I have in my room.
Although I am rather a loud person, I didn’t realize I was loud until halfway through college... because my brother is louder. Everyone else around me knew, mind, but I was happily oblivious.
One of the other reasons I didn’t realize this is because, despite being loud and talking too much, I am also quite introverted & generally prefer being either by myself or with a small number of people. Big parties are very much not my thing unless I’m hosting. Hosting/being in charge is fine--otherwise they stress me out.
I love baking! People always say that cooking is for the creatively minded and baking for those who like exacting directions, but tbh I think they’re just being easily spooked. Once you know the structures of baking--say, for example, making cookies--it’s very easy to move freely within that, and it’s one of my favorite things to do.
I’m a very visual person. I didn’t used to take notes this way, but as I’ve learned more about my thought processes and how I work with information and retain it, I’ve started making my note-taking reflect that. There’s a lot of arrows and boxes and writing style variation and movement/flow on the pages nowadays that was totally lacking back in high school and college. It’s been infinitely more helpful when I’m looking back at things.
I’m going to a wedding next weekend! Mostly I’m excited because it’s the only wedding I’ll get to go to with my best friend from kindergarten that one of us isn’t in (she got married a year and a half ago, and I was in the wedding, but that’s the same as just both being guests).
I designated 2016 the year of internet friends, and I got to meet up with FIVE of them! It was one of the highlights of my year, meeting a bunch of ladies I’ve loved from afar~ Hopefully I can meet some more of you this year!
I journal every night--I try to write at least a page in whatever notebook I’m using (usually a standard sized moleskine). I’m an external processor, so getting emotions and experiences out onto the page helps me sort through and process everything a lot better. It’s not for everyone, but it’s been very helpful for me.
Before I started this, I was talking to Basia. “WHAT IS INTERESTING ABOUT ME,” I typed. “I need tea.” I went and got tea, and when I’d gotten back to my desk she had told me that I must include the fact that almost anywhere I go--it doesn’t matter if it’s downtown, across the country, or internationally--I will run into someone I know. I don’t know how this happens or why it happens--it just does. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Saddest thing someone ever said to me was how when they looked in my eyes, they no longer saw the happy girl I used to be.
