I don't even know who's a real fucking person anymore and it's depressing...I want to actually go speak with/hang out with other people (and this is coming from someone who is socially anxious) The sad thing is I can't even hang out with irl friends anymore because they are just glued to their phones the whole time and wont hold a conversation. I am guilty of that as well and am trying to stop...

I guess on the bright side, I am closer to my parents and sister who I can still talk with

I found a nice hassle free way of ensuring my glasses don’t fog up when I’m wearing a mask for a short period of time like when I’m doing grocery shopping or whatever so I told my dad because he also wears glasses and he said ‘I don’t wear my mask over my nose’
