While coloring this, I realized that I've been coloring my vulpixes wrong. The tails are supposed to be a lighter red, like the head fluff, instead of the darker red of the paws and ears.
Oh well. Like my Pichu's blue eyes and my Eevee's remarkably incorrect color scheme, I'm just gonna embrace the mistake. This is what my Vulpix looks like now.
Lazy Confession: Vulpix is one of my favorite pokemon, but I rarely draw it because I can just substitute an Eevee and save myself from drawing five extra tails.
In the category of "Things That Will Never Be Important": Java's belly, like his ears, is very slightly blue.
