couldn’t attend the work meeting (outside school hours and they don’t pay when we work overtime) and just got the power point presentations with the topics of the meeting. No kidding, it’s written that the grades of students reflect our performance and teaching skills. As if I can control the one million reasons students don’t get “good grades”.

Doing the GTPA assessment really makes me wanna throw away the 4 years ive spent at uni and run into the woods to marry a pretty forest nymph and spend my days learning how to woodwork and weld to make chicken coops and garden beds
