woohoo first evil headcanon posted after the ask storm!!!
Ok ok now this may sound ridiculous but i think Flowey just kinda starves himself and doesn't sleep because he has so many things to do and so many people to see and so many things to test... he can't rest at a time like this. You'll be surprised how much freetime you get when you stop eating and sleeping. Luckily, he's a flower so he doesn't experience direct consequences for this (technically doesn't need to sleep, just used to doing it). If he were turned into a human spontaneously he would be so malnourished it's crazy. Probably wouldn't be TOO bad with the power of resets but he is not having a good time. He used to sleep later and later until he just forgot to sleep one day and never went back. His nightmares totally have nothing with his desires to stay awake.
