00:00:00 //In a universe where everyone is born with numbers on their wrists counting down to when they’ll meet their soulmate, send me 00:00:00 for my muses reaction to their numbers hitting zero when they meet yours.//
The train ride was long and ridiculous and she really didn’t want to be on here a moment longer. It was crowded. And she just wanted to be home. She was lost in the music coming out of her headphones, drowning out the world until she heard people around her begin to move not with the train, but as if they were being jostled.
She pulled out one of her earbuds, the music fading a little, as she looked over to see the cause of the commotion.
A man was bumping his way through people, apologizing left and right as his over-sized coat wasn’t helping him in the least, and it seemed as if Adrianna was the only one giggling at the scene, even after he took a seat beside her.
Beside her was on of the only empty seats left, so she didn’t blame him for sitting. And he was really gorgeous too… The man kept apologizing, and double checking that it was okay that he sat there, because there wasn’t an empty seat elsewhere and he had missed his first train so this was him hoping he could get off on the second stop and was she sure it was alright for him to sit beside her? His rambling made her smile, and maybe if she knew him she would have allowed herself to laugh. “It’s fine, it’s really no problem.” Her head shook, trying to reassure him.
"Its usually really…..crowded…." Adrianna’s voice had gone quiet because, her eyes had been downcast like they usually were, and she was stunned for a moment in shock, looking down at that wrist that was oh so familiar after continuous glaces. 00:00:00. 00:00:00.
It had never gone down before. It had never stopped there before. But then the man-….oh god. This man, this man beside her….was the one she was supposed to spend the rest of her life with. She stared down at her wrist in shock, wondering if it had a glitch. There was no way, no way that she would be this lucky, to snag someone that looked like him, and she was going just by outward appearances because she didn’t know him, but still.
