Almost Is Never Enough (Part 1)

“She’s staring again,” a blonde male cooed into Isaac’s ear. Isaac flinched away from him before his green eyes darted over to a brunette. She watched him quietly, that was until the group of five kids all waved to her. Her eyes widened as her cheeks became red before she turned away and continued to listen. Isaac smiled slightly, then looked back to the front of the class room and began to listen to his professor. After the class ended, Isaac walked out of the class before he stopped outside the door and waited for his friend to walk ahead. Sighing, he leaned back against the wall waiting until the brunette walked out of the class. Grabbing onto her wrist, he pulled her down the hall and began to run with her. The girl stumbled a bit, but quickly caught her balance and ran with him. Once they got outside, Isaac led her towards the bleachers. The moment they were hidden, he pulled her closer and pressed his lips against hers in a deep kiss. The brunette kissed him back, then smiled a bit as she let out a breathless laugh. “Really? Under the bleachers?” She kissed his jaw softly and pulled back a little to look up at him. “So what? You look so sexy today, Kar. Drives me crazy,” he groaned, then kissed her again. Kari returned the kiss again, then pulled away and turned her head away from him before he could plant another kiss on her. “Well you could of done something about it, but you aren’t comfortable with telling your dumb friends,” she grumbled. Isaac rolled his eyes and sighed as he pulled away from her. “Come on Kari, don’t act like a brat. I’m taking you out on a date tonight.. let’s just.. come on.” He shrugged a bit. “And you haven’t told your friends!” He smiled at her.  “Actually.. I have. Kohen knows.. Tanner, Devon, Zada, Molly, Ash.. they all know.” She looked up at him and smiled a bit. Isaac narrowed his eyes a little. “Why? We didn’t agree on that! Oh my fucking god..” He groaned, turning away from her and sighed.  “Don’t get all fucking pissy! I’m done with this little hiding game Isaac! We’ve been dating for about six months now. Going on seven. Sneaking around isn’t something I fucking wanted!” She snapped and rolled her eyes before she stepped back. “Fuck you and your date.” She turned away from him and walked away. “Fuck.. no.” He slapped his forehead and sighed as he watched her walk away.
