I, Too

I, too, sing inhumanity

I praise the beasts

They lock us in uniform cages

And as we howl

We learn new ways to scream

New ways to survive

And grow stronger

Tomorrow

The heard gathers

I shall run with monsters

Nobody’ll dare

To domesticate us

Then.

Beside

They’ll hear the sounds of their blood through Earth

And be ashamed,
