Once a year in autumn I make pumpkin pecan pancakes with brown butter praline sauce and whipped cream (I add a little sour cream for the contrast, it's SO good if you've never added sour cream to your whipped cream)

Alas, it's still too early. Technically summer. But boy am I looking forward to those pancakes.
