Sorry to bother you with something trivial but I've been trying to find an old comic I used to like and I just can't. It was a really rough ink style about a guy who was wandering and met creatures and learned things. The only one I can remember is one where two animals are arguing and one says something is all X and the other says it is all Y and the man points out that if you are only looking for X that is all you will see. It might have been Edmund Finney but I don't think so? I can't find that strip and the style isn't exactly what I remember.

Oooo, good suggestion! I found a lot of entries for Astolat's Time in A Bottole, but nothing that jumped out at me.

my bilbo friend gets her suspenders all at goodwill for really cheap. but sequined suspenders are totally tookish and you should do it.

i've kept my eyes peeled for good suspenders at goodwills around here and i haven't been able to find anything.....i don't think i'll buy anything too soon i've got till june to find them i suppose
