I hate being torn about how much detail a scene should have...I want readers to enjoy it, but I’m reaching that point where it’s like I don’t care anymore I’m moving on it is what it is.

they should've cut open my chest to take out my heart and thrown it into the soft snow outside for being faulty. i know it would freeze in minutes and at least then it wouldn't be inside me causing trouble over small unimportant things. my lungs would still be there but i know how to handle them better.

my fingers would be bloody if i found it after leaving the hospital, holding it for one last time to say goodbye and apologize for not treating it better, it just didn't make the cut of being perfect and i can't keep something like that.
