Run Away To Me, Chapter 1

Pairing: Caleb Widogast/Jester Lavorre (Widojest) Rating: Mature (for probable heavier themes in later chapters) AU: college/coffee shop 

It had been three weeks, fifteen hours and forty minutes since Caleb had arrived in Rosohna. A new city in a new country, hopefully far enough away from a forgotten past for it to never catch up with him again. He has a new life now, at a new school, with a new kind of magic, and new kinds of people. New kinds of friends.

It had been two weeks, four days and nineteen hours since Caleb had met Jester Lavorre. Not that he was keeping count. His head had just done that, without his consent. The little blue tiefling girl had wormed her way into his brain and settled in comfortably, not unlike the way she'd curl up in the window seat of The Blooming Grove tea shop.

Not that Caleb spent a lot of time thinking about the way she'd sip her tea and draw in her sketchbook. That'd be a ridiculous waste of time.

A quick fun fact is that my spellcheck just tried to turn ‘blogrates’ into ‘blogettes’ which is an actual word for a small blog. Moving on.

Somehow, myself and my co-host managed to work our way up to 100 followers! We’re celebrating that by selling our bodies to the internet- WE’LL JUDGE YOUR BLOG FOR YOU!

So anyways, myself, the cool mod @creebins   and the other cool mod, @trippytriangless (seriously she’s cool have you seen her with a sword in her hand she won the lightsaber duel we had earlier today) would like to seriously thank all of y’all for getting us here. It took very little effort on your part and I’m more or less certain that for the vast majority of you it was as impersonal as it could have possibly been, but your decision to click follow is what put me here today- spending about an hour total putting together a blog rates post, with a 2 hour binge session of Jane the Virgin with my mother in-between.

Anyone else just get the sudden urge to start a manga? Cause I gave into that a few days ago and I'm neck deep in three almost completed character designs, two pages of facial expressions and a word document with already over 10 000 words in it.
