Marvel characters: This is Gwenpool, she’s an unstable, deluded girl who genuinely believes that she comes from another reality where we’re all comic book characters. Obviously, that’s too ridiculous to even consider, so she must be crazy. No, we can’t explain how she knows so much about everyone, nor how she seems to bend reality to her will. She must just be a powerful mutant. Oh now she’s saying that she recently made herself a mutant through something called a “retcon.” Sigh. Poor, confused young woman. We hope she gets the help she needs.

DC characters: This is Superboy Prime. He says he’s from a reality where we’re all comic book characters. Okay, that makes sense. Have a nice day, kid, please don’t go evil again and kill everyone.
