Y'all can I just say how proud of myself I am. 4 years ago I was an inpatient in a psychiatric unit for a year and two months and I thought I'd never make it to 18 (eighteen). I never planned on turning this age I always assumed my life would be over by then; on my own terms. 4 (four) years ago if you told me I'd make it to 18 (eighteen)I would've laughed in ya face and told you to get moving. But I did it!! I fucking survived. Now I may not be better, the truth is I still suffer from bpd and Its something that doesn't just go away but like y'all today I proved it wrong. I lived my life and I proved that even tho bpd can take away the important things in my life it doesn't get to take me. I'm a lot stronger than I thought I was and I'm proud of me. And idk what the future holds but here's to another 18 years.
