Every time someone posts a really weird story from public school and all the notes are like “fake” “r/ThatHappened” “and then everyone clapped” “this is true i was op’s desk lmao” etc. I find it so weird because like have y’all not been to public school? Like at least in Canada (and America’s system is really similar so I assume for them too), public school is weird. Like, you could say your 9th grade band teacher gave you an A for randomly playing Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley on the xylophone during lunch break or something and I’d be like, yeah, alright. It’s a middle school. I got given or docked points for way weirder stuff in middle school. But some people will post stories that literally aren’t even that weird like “my 11th grade math classmate got kicked out for smoking weed in class” and everyone’ll be like “haha yeah right and then the whole class clapped right lmao” like does that not happen at least once a year at every high school?? What schools are y’all goin to where surreal shit doesn’t happen........
