Hufflepuff: politely knocks on their door to ask that they turn down their music, please and sorry.

Slytherin: turns on their own music really loud and obnoxious to give them a taste of their own medicine.

Gryffindor: drops whatever they were doing, jams out to the music either in their own room, or joining the noisy neighbor to party.

Ravenclaw: grits their teeth and ignores it as best as they can, which isn't very much, while simultaneously slamming their head against a wall.
