I just... want my coworkers to be happy.
#I'm stressing over this thing at work#Where we're open later on Thursdays#But we're barely making anything during those two hours that we're open#And my coworker doesn't want to be there and none of my other coworkers want to work it either#So I thought that I don't have a lot going on... why don't I take over so that way she can spend more time with family#I asked another coworker's opinion on it and she made a lot of good points#But now I'm conflicted#Because we're going to talk to my boss this morning about me taking on the shift#But I don't want to give my other coworkers ideas about 'OH MY GOD SINCE ALLIE AND BRANDI ARE SWITCHING DOES THAT MEAN...'#'I HAVE TO WORK AT 4-6 TOO??? WE'RE ROTATING???'#Like... no#I get that it's unfair for my coworker to have all of this on her and she's the only one working later on Thursdays#But I don't want anyone else to think that we're officially rotating... I just...#It's not fun for anyone... and we would all rather be doing something other than being at the store for two more hours#I love all of my coworkers and I want them to stay; I don't want to make any enemies during this decision :(#I'm... ughhh
