(We have a lot of mushrooms here in the UK! Baby button mushrooms are very lovely, but are better fried in breakfasts and lunches. I’m pretty sure any mushroom would be good, like chestnut, but you’d want a largish mushroom as they split easily. Not portabello though, they are rather meaty)

we have different mushrooms, but you generally have to go to an asian supermarket to find them around where i live XD;;

oh, i was thinking a meaty mushroom would be better :o shiitake are my favorites, so i was thinking about maybe using those. is it not good?
