WOW OKAY.
So those of us who decided to be patient and not spam IAHâs already overflowing ticket inbox... wonât be compensated. At all. If you didnât complain earlier, then you will NOT get compensation?
Also, the costume will cost 900k feso, whereas 10 star stones at 1,000k feso? Why does a small amount of people not only get the promised reward, but extra? Okay.
They could posted at an earlier date to âsend a ticket if you have had this issueâ, but they probably knew they would have been flooded - so they decided to go this route which is much easier for them since there would be less people to handle. Or who knows, maybe they said to do it in-game to the few people they talk to, instead of the facebook where most people would check for game updates and info? =_=
This is unfair for players who did the event. According to the event mechanics, we would have earned a ticket to buy the costume without using feso. Now, even thought we completed the required 10 days, if we did not send a ticket we will have to purchase using feso.Â
Idk, what did I expect....? I should be grateful that they acknowledge the problem happened at all? âWe....hope this will put a closure to this matter.â HAHAHAHA They are just sick and tired of players bringing it up.Â
I hope that that post is just grammatically incorrect, and that we still have a chance to send a ticket regarding this event before tomorrowâs maintenance. Itâs confusing:Â âFor those who have log ticket with usâ =Â âhaveâ is past tense but âlogâ is present tense. I think it wonât hurt to send a ticket now, hopefully you have a screenshot of Kevin trying to present you the gift box. If we fail, we were going to get nothing anyway in this pitiful âcompensationâ. Good luck all! I know Iâll be needing the luck too.
