He wondered just how much the simple potion would do for an injury like that. He was no healer, but he didn’t imagine it could be much.
A nearly agonized laugh slid from his lips as the stranger made the comment about the other guy. The laugh faded as his company continued to speak. Axel had half-expected the other to leave immediately. He knew that if the situation were in reverse, he most certainly would have. On a good day, he may have put whoever the victim was out of their misery -- just for his own satisfaction. " 'M fine, really. Just stings a little, heh." Things were blurring in and out and he could feel the anxiety building within him, because he didn't want to admit that he didn't want to die, and yet he also didn't want to die. So it was admit the fear of death, or...die. "Help?" He slurred out, raising his gaze to the other, closing in on being incoherent.
