Wake Me Up.
Isabelle Rudolph has been best friends with Nicholas Stevens since they were 6 years old and it wasn't until her friend Cara Foster confessed to feelings for Nick did Isabelle even begin to realize that maybe she didn't want anyone to have Nick but her. When Isabelle tells Nick of Cara's crush he gets upset and storms out, making Isabelle feel guilty about telling him in the first place. Once Nick comes back ready to tell Isabelle of his feelings for her, they began to have sex when Nick's mother comes home, ending the rendezvous. Isabelle begins to be confused about her feelings for Nick until her mom's attempted suicide, Isabelle then becomes a wreck finding her only solitude in Nick, resulting in the two of them finally having sex. Slowly Isabelle's life falls to shambles because of her moms attempted suicide, she gets fired from her job, becomes a mother to her younger siblings while juggling with her relationship with Nick and her crumbling friendship with Cara. Isabelle begins to finds herself growing up quickly the summer before her freshmen year of college in "Wake Me Up".
