Its naturally when we feel under attack our flesh rises in defense. It’s a fleshy mechanism if you want to be honest with yourself the tongue is not tame and ready for war. War should never be the result of any conflict or disagreement. A lot of things are regretfully said and instead of building each other up, we’re tearing one another down. Yes, conflict arise and mistakes happened. But, don’t let the sun go down on your anger; be angry but do not sin.
